Here some thoughts about the Fiat and Battery System

Oiginal:
12x 12V 60Ah    á 23kg  Blei          => 144V 60Ah mit 276kg und Reichweite von ca. 40km
Original:
12x 12V 60Ah á 23kg Lead Battery > 144V 60Ah with 276kg and range of approx. 40km
Costs around 1.200Euro
I calculate with approx. 500 Cyles to have around: 40km x 500 Cyles = 20.000km which should be driven.

Angedacht:
32x 3,2V 100Ah á 3.2kg LiFeYPo4 => 96V 100Ah mit 108.8kg und Reichweite von ca. 80km
Anschaffungskosten ca. 4.000Euro incl. BMS
My thought:
32x 3,2 100Ah á 3.2 LiFeYPo4 => 96V 100A with 108.8kg and range of approx. 80km
Costs would be 4.000Euro with BMS
By typical 2000 Cycles (someone have >3000 or 5000 in their Datapage) I calculate with: 80km x 2000 Cycles = 160.000km
With a stored energy of 10.24kWh and a 1.700W Charger it would takes around 6h to charge to full from empty.

...
As we see, Lithium will be the winner:
Over 165kg lighter and a little bit more kWh on board.
And easier to store as the big 12x 12V bloc`s.
Also they have more Cycles as Lead, so I should have a good range in winter time.
